Important: Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any service on rr6789. By creating an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between rr6789 and each Member. By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or using any of the Services — whether on desktop, mobile browser, or application — you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy accessible at Responsible Gaming.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that party and that this agreement applies to them equally.
rr6789 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of material changes via in-platform notification.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any Services on rr6789. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. We conduct age verification as part of our standard KYC process. Any Account found to be registered by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method used.
rr6789 primarily serves residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited to you under applicable personal law, that you are accessing the Platform voluntarily, and that you accept full personal responsibility for compliance with any local regulations that may apply to your participation.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. rr6789 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect multiple account registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rr6789 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on rr6789:
To register an Account on rr6789, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in Indonesia. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. rr6789 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify rr6789 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). rr6789 will take prompt action to secure your Account, but accepts no liability for losses incurred before you notified us.
rr6789 is required to conduct KYC verification on all Accounts. You may be required to submit documentation at registration, upon reaching certain deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any time rr6789 deems necessary for compliance purposes. Acceptable documents include:
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by rr6789 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
All Account balances on rr6789 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in IDR. rr6789 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
rr6789 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Visa and Mastercard may also be supported subject to periodic availability. rr6789 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from unverified payment accounts may be delayed or rejected pending KYC review. rr6789 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. rr6789 targets withdrawal processing times of under 10 minutes for bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and under 5 minutes for e-wallet payouts (OVO, DANA, GoPay) during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance, or where KYC review is required.
Withdrawal requests that trigger a manual review — typically those exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction — may take up to 24 hours during business hours (WIB). You will be notified via in-platform notification if your withdrawal requires additional review.
rr6789 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, match-fixing, bonus abuse, or any suspected breach of these Terms. In such cases, rr6789 will notify the Member of the reason for the delay and the expected timeframe for resolution, subject to ongoing legal obligations.
An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or bet placed). rr6789 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of Rp 25.000 per month to dormant Account balances after providing 30 days' advance notice to the registered email address. Dormant Account fees will not reduce a balance below zero.
rr6789 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to these General Terms and any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games or markets are specified in each promotion's terms. Bets that do not count toward wagering requirements include bets with odds below 1.50, mix parlay (accumulator) legs with individual odds below 1.30, and bets placed in markets subsequently cancelled or voided.
rr6789 takes bonus integrity seriously. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and may result in immediate Account suspension, bonus forfeiture, and permanent banning: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using arbitrage strategies to eliminate risk on bonus-funded bets; coordinating with other Members to exploit bonus structures; providing false personal information to qualify for a bonus. rr6789 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse patterns and reserves the right to withhold winnings pending investigation.
rr6789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible Members only and may be subject to geographic restrictions, minimum deposit requirements, time windows, and other qualifying conditions. Members are responsible for reviewing the terms of any promotion before opting in.
All bets placed on the rr6789 Platform a re subject to the specific rules published for each sport, market, or game. By placing a bet, you confirm that you acknowledge and accept the applicable rules. In the event of a discrepancy between a Member's interpretation and the published rules, the published rules shall take precedence.
A bet is considered accepted only once it has been confirmed and reflected in the Member's Account history. rr6789 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, where an obvious error has occurred in pricing, odds, or market settlement, provided it is corrected before the outcome of the relevant event is determined. Voided bets are returned to the Member's Account Balance.
Football betting on rr6789 covers BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, and numerous other domestic and international competitions. Asian Handicap markets — commonly known in Indonesia as voor bola — follow standard Asian Handicap settlement rules, including quarter-line (split) handicaps and the resulting half-win and half-loss settlement outcomes. Where a match is abandoned or postponed, all unsettled bets on that match will be voided and refunded, unless the match recommences within 48 hours of its scheduled start time.
Mix parlay bets combine multiple selections into a single accumulator. The total stake is placed across all selections, and the bet is settled only when every selection in the accumulator is settled correctly. If any single selection in the accumulator is lost, the entire parlay is lost. If any selection is voided, the odds for that selection are recalculated to 1.00, which reduces the total payout proportionally. The minimum number of selections in a mix parlay is 3; the maximum is 20.
Live betting markets are offered throughout the duration of sporting events. Live bets are subject to real-time data processing, and rr6789 accepts no liability for market fluctuations or odds adjustments resulting from delayed data feeds, stream latency, or anomalies in the live data source. Where a live bet is confirmed based on a materially incorrect price due to a technical fault, rr6789 reserves the right to void that bet or correct it to the prevailing correct price.
All slot games on rr6789 operate using a certified random number generator (RNG) and are independently tested for provably fair outcomes. Player preferences for high-payout titles — commonly referred to as slot gacor (high-payout slot games) — are acknowledged, but rr6789 gives no guarantee that any particular game will produce a win. Game RTP percentages are published where available. Malfunctions in any game void all pays and plays for the affected round.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on rr6789 operate on the published draw schedule. All togel bets must be placed before the closure time announced for the respective market. Bets placed after market closure are void and refunded. Togel draw results are published on the Platform, and the results published by bandar togel sources are final. Any attempt to manipulate togel selections, market timing, or draw outcomes will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
rr6789 may impose minimum and maximum betting limits on any market or game at its sole discretion. These limits are visible at the time of bet placement. Where a bet is placed in excess of the applicable maximum — whether due to a technical fault or an error on the Platform — rr6789 reserves the right to void the portion of the bet exceeding the limit.
rr6789 maintains a zero-tolerance approach to conduct that undermines the integrity of the Platform, the fairness of its games, or the security of its Members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:
rr6789 cooperates fully with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies in the investigation of prohibited conduct. Where fraud or prohibited activity is confirmed, rr6789 may report the matter to the relevant authorities and shall be entitled to recover any loss or damage suffered as a result.
All content, software, graphics, logos, text, and other material displayed on the Platform — including the rr6789 name, logo, and brand identity — constitute intellectual property owned by or licensed to rr6789 and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of rr6789.
Third-party trademarks, league names, team names, and competition designations (including EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA, BRI Liga 1, Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United) referenced on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only. The use of such marks does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which sets out how rr6789 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data. rr6789 complies with applicable data protection regulations and maintains 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted over the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rr6789, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of casino funds resulting from force majeure events.
rr6789 shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet failures, communication line failures, power outages, natural disasters, regulatory actions, or any event of force majeure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of rr6789 arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount of your deposits over the preceding six months, or (b) Rp 5.000.000.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability arising from intent, gross negligence, or violation of mandatory consumer protection provisions.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting rr6789 customer support. Upon Account closure, rr6789 will return any remaining Account Balance to you, provided all verification requirements have been completed and no outstanding obligations exist. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled and any resulting winnings paid to you before final closure.
rr6789 may suspend or terminate your Account at its sole discretion where it determines, in good faith, that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required to do so for compliance, security, or regulatory reasons. Where termination occurs without reason, we will return any available funds in your Account Balance, subject to KYC verification.
Where termination occurs as a result of a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to bonus abuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, or match-fixing — rr6789 shall be entitled to forfeit any remaining Account Balance, including winnings, without compensation.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which rr6789 is internationally licensed and regulated. rr6789 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or the Services shall be referred to and finally resolved in accordance with the rules of the recognized dispute resolution body applicable to the jurisdiction of rr6789's licensing authority. The decision of the relevant forum shall be final and binding on the parties.
For the avoidance of doubt, rr6789 does not hold a license from, and is not approved by, any Indonesian government body, and online gambling is legally restricted in Indonesia. Members access the Platform at their own discretion and accept full personal responsibility for compliance with local laws.
rr6789 reserves the right to amend, modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to notify Members of material changes through in-platform notifications, email communications, or announcement banners, with at least 7 days' notice for material changes that affect your rights or obligations.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect. The version of the Terms in force at the time a bet is placed shall govern that bet.
